Questions Bank Audiences

When you create or edit a Question Bank, you have the option to mark it as PRIVATE, GLOBAL or, if you are a Carousel Platinum user, SCHOOL or MAT.

Use EDIT DETAILS in the 3 dot action menu beside a Question Bank in your dashboard to change the audience.

PRIVATE QUESTION BANKS

When you designate a Question Bank as PRIVATE it means it is only accessible only to you, and only you will be able to set Quizzes from it.

GLOBAL QUESTION BANKS

When you designate a Question Bank as GLOBAL it means the Bank will be added to the Carousel Community and will be available for all Carousel users to access and add to their own Teacher Dashboards. It will appear on your Dashboard as 'GLOBAL' and as 'COMMUNITY' on the Dashboard of other users.

 SCHOOL QUESTION BANKS

If you are a Carousel Platinum user and designate a Question Bank as SCHOOL, the Bank will be available in the Community for any other users in your department or school who are also part of the Carousel Platinum subscription.

MAT QUESTION BANKS

If you are a Carousel Platinum user and designate a Question Bank as MAT, the Bank will be be available in the Community for other users in your Trust who also have a Carousel Platinum subscription.

If the author of a SCHOOL or MAT Question Bank makes an edit, any school or MAT user with the Question Bank on their dashboard will be notified of the change so they can update their copy.

Platinum users can make a Private editable copy of Partner Question Banks and reshare them to their SCHOOL or MAT colleagues.
