This article is for Owners and Admin of Platinum accounts without MIS integration who are completing the steps to roll over to a new academic year.
- Navigate to the STUDENTS tab.
- Press the EOY PROCESS button to access to the new academic year Wizard.
- Use the Wizard to promote classes for the new year.
- Ensure any changes that have happened in summer are reflected in the new academic year account.
- Add new students, new classes, and remove any students who have left.
- Add new teachers and deauthorise teachers who no longer need to access the an account. if you require any additional seats to accommodate these changes, please contact us on help@carousel-learning.com.
- Rename any classes that have rolled over in the new academic year: a reminder of how to change the name of a class is available here.
