This article explains how to select English or Welsh as the default language for the teacher and student interface in Carousel.
N.B Question Banks and their questions etc. will still be shown in the language that they were written in.
Instructions for:
Gold and Silver Account Holders
Platinum Account ADMINS
As an Owner of the Platinum account you will have the option to select the default language for all the teachers and students in the organisation.
- This can be done from your accounts setting page
- or above the USER table.
In the modal select Welsh or English as the default setting for the User Interface for ALL the teachers and/ or ALL the students.
Save the changes. A warning will remind you that you are changing the User Interface language for all users.
If a new user is added to the account their User Interface will reflect the default language that you have selected.
A user can change their language settings in their own account.
Platinum Account USERS
The default language of the teacher and student User Interface will be determined by the account Owner. As a User you can change the language setting of your own user interface:
- Navigate to your ACCOUNT page and EDIT the LANGUAGE SETTINGS
- Select Welsh or English from the dropdown menus in the modal.
Gold and Silver Account Holders
The default language of the User Interface for both students and teachers is English.
- Navigate to your ACCOUNT page and EDIT the LANGUAGE SETTINGS
- Select Welsh or English from the dropdown menus in the modal.
