Setting the Student Interface to Welsh (ALL USERS)

If you would like your students to see the Carousel Quizzing interface in Welsh, follow the instructions below.

Setting the Student Interface Language to Welsh for a Single Quiz

To create a new Quiz with the student interface in Welsh:

• Click on CREATE NEW in the 'My Quizzes' section of your Dashboard.

• Click SHOW ADVANCED OPTIONS in the Quiz creation modal.

• Use the dropdown under QUIZ LANGUAGE to select Welsh.

• ENABLE TEXT TO SPEECH function by toggling this button to green if the Quiz is written in Welsh and you would like the pupils to have the option of hearing the questions being read aloud in Welsh.  

• Create the rest of your Quiz as you usually would.

Setting the Student Interface Language to Welsh as your Account Default

• Click on your USERNAME in the top right corner.  Select MY ACCOUNT from the dropdown.

• Click on EDIT beside LANGUAGE SETTINGS.

• Select Welsh and click CONFIRM.

The default setting for the Student Interface will now be in Welsh.
