Converting a Homework Quiz into a Whiteboard Quiz

Using questions from a Homework Quiz in the classroom helps to reinforce the purpose of the homework and consolidate learning.

• Navigate to the Quiz you would like to convert in the 'My Quizzes' section of your Dashboard.
• Click on WHITEBOARD option in the ACTIONS menu (3 dots).

• The set-up page for Whiteboard mode will open, populated with the details of the Quiz.
• Make any edits required.
• The questions automatically shown are those that were selected for the Homework Quiz. If you don't want to include all the Homework Quiz questions in the Whiteboard, you can simply deselect them from the list.

• If you want to include question in the Whiteboard Quiz questions that weren't in the Homework Quiz clear the filter in the first column to see all the questions in the Question Bank.

• The cog icon at the top of the IMAGE column can be used to filter for questions with or without an image as required.  Selecting questions without images may allow multiple questions to be more easily displayed on the Whiteboard.  

• Click on SHOW NOW when you are ready to display the Quiz on the Whiteboard.

Preparing a Whiteboard Quiz in Advance (Platinum Users)

Converting a Homework Quiz assigned to the DEMO class into a Whiteboard Quiz is a useful way for Platinum Users to prepare a Whiteboard Quiz in advance.

• Navigate to the 'My Quizzes' section of your Dashboard.
• Create a new Quiz (include 'Whiteboard...' in the title to help you organise things easily).

• Select the class who will be answering the Whiteboard from the dropdown at the top of the question selection page to display the class C-Scores.  This will provide a guide to the most powerful questions to include. 

  

• Assign the Quiz to the DEMO class.
• The Quiz will be listed in the MY QUIZZES area of your Dashboard.
• Select 'WHITEBOARD' from the actions menu when you are ready to display it to your class.

• You will be shown the Whiteboard creation modal, pre-populated with the information from the Quiz.
• To collect C-Score data using the sliders, select the class who will be completing the Whiteboard Quiz.
