This article is for Carousel Platinum MIS admins who can't find a member of staff in either the MY ACCOUNT > USERS table, or via the MY ACCOUNT > USERS > ADD USER drop-down list of emails.
1. FOR MIS-INTEGRATED PLATINUM USERS ONLY: Check Configuration of Staff Member in MIS
Carousel uses Wonde to sync data with your MIS. We pull through staff emails from the Wonde "Work", "Main" and "Primary" fields use them in that priority order. In other words, if there is an email address in the Wonde "Work" field, we'll use that, but if that field is blank we'll move to take the "Main" email, and so on. Please note that the name of the Wonde field may not exactly match the name of the field in your MIS - please contact Wonde support if you need to check the field mapping between your MIS and Wonde.
If a staff member's email isn't showing via the Add User drop-down list, please ensure that their school email is in one of the fields in the MIS corresponding to the Wonde Work/Main/Primary field.
It will then take 24-48 hours for this email address to pull into Carousel, which will then allow you to Add & Invite.
