If your Platinum account has MIS integration Carousel syncs with your MIS automatically every night to bring in refreshed data. This article explains how account Admins can request an interim sync to bring in changes sooner.
To sync your account go to the STUDENTS area and press SYNC.
The date and time of the last sync will show when you refresh your screen. The sync may take a few minutes to complete.
Wonde picks up data from your MIS and makes it available to Carousel every 3-4 hours so if the changes are not visible following a sync, try again later.
Reasons to sync your account
- If you have made changes in your MIS
- adding a new student or member of staff
- changing class allocations
- If you have made changes in Carousel
- mapping subjects
- If your MIS hasn't synced properly with Wonde (classes have disappeared)
